Petrolimex Saigon has organized “Direct Retail Channel” with the distribution network of retail stations directly under Retail Petroleum Enterprise (subsidiary of Petrolimex Saigon) to serve the clients’ needs usingdirectlygasoline for means of transportation.

The primarily distribution materials on this channel, include: E5 RON 92; RON 95-IV; DO 0,05S; DO 0,25 and Oil.

As far as oil retail is concerned, stations of Petrolimex Saigon are present almost districts in Ho Chi Minh City, serve 24/24 for consumer needs of society with the diverse of retail channel for customers to select.

Retail channels at petrol stations:

  • Retail price following issue price, pay instantly.
  • Retail price following issue price, prepayment (stock-keeping service): apply for customers who sign a trading contract and prepayment, resend to those batches which are purchased at petrol station to get gradually following the retail price at the time of invoicing.
  • Retail price following issue price, payment back (Retail for deferred payment): apply for customers to receive in advance to the goods, pay back and sign trading contracts with Retail Petroleum Enterprise.
  • Retail price is lower issue price, prepayment (Retail for discounting): apply for customers to consume the stable fuel, mass of volume and sign trading contract with Retail Petroleum Enterprise.
8/2017, customers with an ATM card of 41 Napas alliance member banks can make payment for petrol and goods / services of Petrolimex at the petrol station system.

Together with distribution network of Petrolimex on the whole country, Petrolimex Saigon has developed the mode of paying for oil by Flexicard with multiple conveniences. Customers can use Flexicard to be activated to buy petrol products at any stations with more 1800 stations directly under Petrolimex on the whole country.

The direct retail channel policy

1. The policy of ensuring oil sources (including both the progress and delivery time / delivery overtime):

  • Petrolimex Saigon commits to ensure enough oil sources to supply the customers’ needs in the normal situations. In the case of imbalance in terms of sources, our company will perform in the following order of priority.

2. The price policy:

  • The price announced for all objects on each of the sales channels are the same – as the price due to Director of Company issued on the documents “Decision of Pricing”.
  • In the case of payment in advance, depending on executive objective in each stage, to be reduced by a maximum of the equivalent of the interest rate of short-term loans by the Bank.
  • For the direct retail channel, Retail Petroleum Enterprise has implemented following the current regulations of State, Petrolimex Group and Petrolimex Saigon about the retail price management of oil materials at each moment.

3. The credit policy:

  • In order of priority sales according to distribution channel, terms and conditions of payment are as follows: Prepayment – Bank Guarantee – Mortgage – Credit.

4. The after-sales service policy:

  • When customers buy petroleum products but there are no oil storage spaces and the means to get out within the bill and would like to resend the stock-keeping warehouse, the company will switch over the stock-keeping source and collect the oil storage fee. In this case, only applies to customers who purchase domestically, and only implement when customers pay for in advance and does not have matured liabilities in any distribution channels.
