35 trainees conducted field visits at Petrolimex - Store 01 (136 Hai Ba Trung, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) and exchanged experiences and professional skills at the headquarters of the Petrolimex Saigon.
Also in attendance at the headquarters were Mr. Dang Van Hoai, Deputy Director of the Saigon Petroleum Branch.
On the guests' side, Associate Professor, PhD Vu Tri Dung, MIS Vietnam Training Joint Stock Company, participated in the event.
The 35 trainees of the 12th Business Executive Class are Heads and Deputy Heads of Business Departments at various General Corporations/Companies and affiliated units within the Vietnam National Petroleum Group. Besides the field visits, this activity aims to continue the tradition, promote Petrolimex culture, and strengthen connections and solidarity among the units within the industry.
At Petrolimex - Store 01, the trainees observed and learned about the operations of one of the petrol stations with a high sales volume, located in a prime central location in Ho Chi Minh City. Store 01 has modern and spacious facilities. The vehicle flow management is scientifically organized, ensuring orderly sales while providing convenience for customers. The store's staff are well-trained in sales skills, meeting commercial civility standards. The favorable location allows the store to maximize its space for coordinating additional business services.
Mr. Thai Duy Hung from the Group’s HR Department, in charge of the class, expressed gratitude to Petrolimex Saigon for hosting and facilitating the field visit and experience exchange for the 35 trainees of the 12th Business Executive Class, helping them observe and learn about the practical operations of Petrolimex - Store 01, and exchange experiences with Petrolimex Saigon personnel – one of the key units. This activity is practical and meaningful in enhancing practical experience for the trainees.
