Leaders of production teams discussed practical difficulties in terminal operations and proposed solutions to strengthen coordination between functional units and production teams during the Lunar New Year peak period.
In conclusion, the Terminal Director instructed functional department heads and production team leaders to thoroughly disseminate directives and promptly implement tasks across all employees, fostering a sense of responsibility, unity, and coordinated efforts to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient operations, thereby serving fuel demand during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year at the highest level. • Strengthen coordination with transport units and customers to ensure seamless, on-schedule outbound operations and prevent any supply disruptions.

4. Inspection, supervision, and accountability of shift leaders

• Leaders of functional departments and production team leaders/shift supervisors are directly accountable to the Board of Directors should any errors, violations, or safety incidents occur within their areas of responsibility;
