
On the morning of April 7, 2026, Nha Be Petroleum Terminal organized the Conference to review production and business activities for Q1/2026 and deploy key tasks for Q2/2026. Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Terminal Bui Cong Minh chaired the Conference.

Attending and directing the Conference were Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Petrolimex Sai Gon One Member Limited Liability Company Vo Van Tan, Head of the Petrolimex Sai Gon Petroleum Testing Center Nguyen Huu Dung, together with the participation of the Board of Directors, Heads/Deputy Heads of professional departments, production teams, and representatives of mass organizations of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal.
At the Conference, Director of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal Bui Cong Minh presented an overview report on the production and business results for Q1/2026. Accordingly, in the context of strong fluctuations in the global petroleum market due to geopolitical impacts, especially in the Middle East region, the Terminal proactively implemented many flexible and effective management solutions. As a result, production and business activities were maintained steadily, supply demands were promptly met, no supply disruption occurred, and several outstanding results were achieved. Specifically:
- Import and export operations were organized scientifically, ensuring absolute safety under all conditions, especially during peak holidays and Lunar New Year periods.
- Strict control of petroleum quantity and quality was maintained; the loss ratio was lower than the prescribed norm.
- Import volume reached 28.1% of the annual plan (an increase of 27.2% compared to the same period); export volume reached 26.9% of the annual plan (an increase of 15.4%).
- Revenue from self-operated services reached 123% of the Q1 plan, increasing by 25% compared to the same period in 2025.
- Throughput costs were well controlled and lower than planned.
- Digital transformation applications in production management were promoted; the information technology system operated stably.
- Employment, income, and benefits for employees were ensured, and labor productivity achieved the planned targets.
Delivering directive remarks at the Conference, Chairman of Petrolimex Sai Gon Vo Van Tan acknowledged, highly appreciated, and commended the achievements attained by the Terminal in Q1/2026 under conditions of many difficulties and fluctuations. At the same time, he emphasized that in the coming period, the energy market situation would continue to contain many unpredictable factors, requiring the Terminal to focus on effectively implementing the following key tasks:
- Ensure absolute safety in all areas of operation.
- Proactively secure supply sources, strengthen warehouse management, and strictly control petroleum quantity and quality.
- Accelerate the implementation of blending and trading of E10 biofuel gasoline according to the roadmap of the Group/Company.
- Proactively implement investment, repair, and upgrading items for technical facilities in a timely manner to serve production and business activities.
- Strengthen inspection and supervision and strictly comply with processes and regulations in all operational aspects.
- Pay attention to the material and spiritual well-being of employees through the implementation of vacation arrangements for employees in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare complete documentation for inspection activities in accordance with regulations.
Receiving the directive opinions, the Board of Management of the Terminal affirmed that it would promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and determination to successfully complete the planned targets for Q2/2026, contributing to the successful fulfillment of the 2026 production and business mission.
On this occasion, the Conference organized the presentation of Certificates of Merit from the Party Committee of Vietnam National Petroleum Group to Party members who had excellently completed their duties for five consecutive years (2021–2025), and presented Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union to individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for excellent labor performance and building strong Trade Union organizations in 2025.
