On the morning of May 22th, at Petrolimex Saigon headquarter, Petrolimex had a conference with Petrolimex Saigon to evaluate the result of production and business activities in the first 4 months of the year, giving tasks and solutions for the last 8 months of 2024. Member of the Board of Directors - Petrolimex General Director Dao Nam Hai and Member of the Board of Directors - Petrolimex Deputy General Director Tran Ngoc Nam co-chaired the conference.

On the side of Petrolimex Saigon, there were the attendance of Petrolimex Saigon Chairman Vo Van Tan, Petrolimex Saigon Director Pham Anh Tuan, Board of Directors, Heads of departments, divisions and centers; the attendance of the Board of Directors of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal and Saigon Petroleum Branch; the attendance of Kien Giang Petroleum Company Limited (PKC) General Director Le Van Sau and PKC Board of Directors.
In the first 4 months of 2024, with the attention, direction and timely support of Petrolimex leaders and departments, Petrolimex Saigon has drastically and synchronously implemented solutions, ensuring absolute safety all aspects of production and business activities; Ensuring the source and always providing petroleum products for the entire stations system and retail franchise system in the South; The management of petroleum is strictly and in accordance with current regulations of Petrolimex and the Company.
The volumme export of petrolemum through Nha Be Terminal in the first months of the year reached more than 2 million m3-tons, most sales channels met the plan. In particular, the petroleum retail franchise channel has developed new customers, and Petrolimex Saigon has coordinated to support and invest for customers “The solutions deploy E-invoices after each sale”.
The company presided over negotiations and coordinated with Dong Nai and Long An Petroleum Company to sign lease contracts for 03 gas stations of Dong Saigon Petroleum Company. Among them, Petrolimex – Station 84 has officially come into operation, bringing the total number of Petrolimex Saigon gas stations in Ho Chi Minh City to 80.
In 2024, the Company will upgrade the new trademark for 26 gas stations (phase 2); Digital transformation continues to be promoted, but ensure production and business activities are not interrupted.
In the remaining 8 months of 2024, the Company will continue to closely follow the direction of the Petroilmex Leaders, ensure absolute safety in all aspects of production and business, and strive to complete the set targets across all sales channels; Focus on developing new customers while implementing customer care solutions, promoting commercial civilization...
Concluding the conference, Member of the Board of Directors - Petrolimex General Director Dao Nam Hai gave specific instructions on each aspect from business solutions on every channels, source assurance, construction investment, network and trademark development... Regarding safety, the General Director requested the Company to continue to ensure absolute safety in all aspects of production and business activities, closely following and coordinating with all relative sides to protects Ho Chi Minh City's fuel terminals.
Regarding the recommendations at the conference, Member of the Board of Directors - Petrolimex General Director Dao Nam Hai requested the Petrolimex departments to record, consider, and research as soon as possible to find solutions, support and resolve Petrolimex Saigon’s problems to promote production and business activities in the coming time.
