Continueing innovate and improve Petrolimex brand’ reputation in its area, Petroleum Retail Enterprise (XNBL) always pays attention to employees, focusing on employees training and the quality of professional services, promoting "Commercial civilization" in the sales work - this is one of the key tasks in the strategic goal of developing gasoline retail activities, development of the social insurance system of Petrolimex Saigon.
Accordingly, from April 25th to June 5th, 2022,XNBL cooperates with SPEED Vietnam Consulting & Training Joint Stock Company (SPEED Academy) to hold courses raising awareness about "Commercial civilization in petroleum retail business"– this platform has 05-layer training programs, for gasoline manager and office staffs are organized at Petrolimex Saigon Office (15 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1) and 18 classes for sales staff are held at Petrolimex Hall - Store 11 (281 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 15, District 11).

For the store management team, this program equipped the necessary skills, knowledge and trends of commercial civilization implementation in business, tutoring skills, employee management methods; supported ways to solve situations that arises occurs thoroughly, clearly and uniformly the brand creates peace of customer’ awareness.
For salesman, who directly face up with and solve situations arising in daily commercial transactions in store, the training will contribute to equipping professional communication and sales skill, according to the 5-step sales process. A deeper understanding the importance and role of commercial civilization, thereby increasing productivity - work efficiency and meeting the increasing market requirements.
At the opening course meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Director of XNBL affirmed that human factor plays an essential role in the existence and development of the enterprise, in particular - Petrolimex Saigon; The need for "Commercial Civilization" in the increasingly fierce competitive conditions, the work of improving service quality and good implementation in the industrial revolution has a leading role, thereby attracting and maintaining customers, increase production output at store. He required that staffs participating in the course have to concertrate on study, absorb new knowledge to apply flexibly to daily work, handle situations well when appear and wish them attempt to understand deeply the course.
