Over three days, from October 10 to 12, 2024, at the headquarters located at 15 Le Duan, District 1, the Petrolimex Saigon coordinated with the Pacific Education and Trading Joint Stock Company to organize the first training course (Course 01) of the program “Team Strength – The Key to Connecting with Customers” for the business staff of the company.
The program focuses on training core aspects of business operations, including awareness of team strength, changing perspectives on sales, practicing sales skills, and developing action plans to apply knowledge in practical work. The program is led by Ms. Mai Thanh Hoai, a lecturer with extensive experience and high expertise in soft skills training and customer management.
In his opening speech, Mr. Trinh Quoc Viet emphasized the importance of connection between departments to optimize work processes and enhance business efficiency. He also stated that this is a very practical and beneficial program that helps improve the skills and knowledge of the company’s business staff. The Deputy Director requested that the employees participating in the course responsibly adhere to the class rules to achieve the best results.
The course not only helps employees enhance their knowledge and skills but also contributes to building a cohesive work environment that supports each other, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the company in an increasingly competitive context.
The training program was prepared based on the needs of employees directly involved in customer-related work. The training center conducted surveys and interviews to design lessons that fit the actual situation of the company.
